We ship all of our packages via First Class or Parcel Post through the US Postal Service.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
All packages are shipped within 48 hours and most will be shipped within 24 hours.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We will ship any where in the world. A customs declaration number only will purchased for all International orders which most of the time will post on the www.usps.com web site once shipped but will not be updated along the way to its destination due to it being an international order. An actual tracking number costs about $19 which we aren't wanting to pass that cost along to our customers so we purchase the customs declaration number so we can call and track it through customs if a package has not arrived within 10-14 business days. That's the length of time it averages to reach destinations outside the US.

Exchange Instructions:
ü You may exchange for another size or item.
ü Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received within 10 days after receipt of item(s). We cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock. Please e-mail us and we can let you know.
ü There is an exchange fee for re-stocking, shipping, & handling:
$5 for USA exchanges
$8 for International exchanges
Carriers & Beds:To exchange a carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us plus a re-shipping fee:
$16 exchange fee for USA
$32 exchange fee for International
You may put the exchange fee in your package or send payment through Paypal to gr8bling@aol.com.
ü Include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and what you are exchanging item(s) for inside the package.
Return Instructions:
ü You may return any item for a refund (minus the original shipping cost) within 10 days if you are not completely satisfied. If for some reason you do not receive your order it is your responsibility to notify us within 30 days. No refunds will be issued for any items after 45 days.
ü Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received within 10 days after receipt of item(s).
ü You will be refunded within 48 hours after your return has been received.
ü You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase MINUS the original shipping charge.
