Exchange Instructions:

You may exchange for another size or item.

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received within 10 days after receipt of item(s). We cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock. Please e-mail us and we can let you know.
There is an exchange fee for re-stocking, shipping, & handling:

$5 for USA exchanges

$8 for International exchanges
Carriers & Beds:To exchange a carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us plus a re-shipping fee:

You may put the exchange fee in your package or send payment through Paypal to pay4bling@aol.com

Include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and what you are exchanging item(s) for inside the package.
Return Instructions:

You may return any item for a refund (minus the original shipping cost) within 10 days if you are not completely satisfied. If for some reason you do not receive your order it is your responsibility to notify us within 30 days. No refunds will be issued for any items after 45 days.
