1. Are your items authentic? All of our items are designer inspired. They are custom made to add some "bling" to your poochie's wardrobe.
Although our products are comparable in some aspects to original name brands, we DO NOT represent them to be original, nor do we represent that they are exact copies. Therefore, we do not violate any copyright laws. We simply ask consumers to compare the price, quality and style to the above-mentioned name brands. Any reference to brand names or “Inspired By” is made strictly for comparison purposes. We are confident that you will be pleased with our exceptional products.
2. Do you offer wholesale prices? YES! Please e-mail us at ask@blingpoochies.com for our wholesale price list.
3. Do you ship International? Yes! Shipping rates are very reasonable!
4. Do you accept returns? Unfortunately we do not accept returns for dog clothes that have been worn. If you find the item does not fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size or style if the item has not been worn. If for some unforeseen reason your item is defective, please contact us and we will gladly exchange it upon return of the item.
We do charge a $5.00 exchange fee to cover our cost of inventory adjustment and re-shipping. We can not guarantee the size you need will be in stock at the time of exchange but we will do our best to accommodate you! Please feel free to contact us regarding any exchanges.
5. What size will fit my dog? Please refer to the size chart page.
6. How long will it take to get my order? We ship orders out daily. As soon as we receive your paid order we will ship your item within 1 business day.
7. How do you ship orders? We use US Postal Service for all of our shipping. Domestic orders take 3-5 business days and International orders 7-10 business days. this of course is an estimate given by the postal service. Our company has no control over orders taking longer to arrive. Please allow extra time during the holiday season. We have tried very hard to keep our shipping rates lower than most companies, therefore we use first class mail only.
